ServiceNow DevOps Engineer

For our client in Bern - a well-known, market leading company, we are looking for three experienced, motivated, and open-minded ServiceNow DevOps Engineer.

Your tasks:

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules according to company requirements
Design and architect ServiceNow solutions while following best practices
Advise and support customers and internal teams in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow processes
Conduct requirements analysis and create technical specifications in collaboration with business units
Integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems and automate business processes
Optimize workflows, integration, automation, and monitoring within the ServiceNow platform
Create technical documentation, train users, and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team
Ensure system stability, perform error analysis, and continuously optimize the ServiceNow platform

Your profile:

Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
Experienced ServiceNow DevOps Engineering
Solid knowledge of ServiceNow technologies such as Flow Designer, Scripting (JavaScript), Integration Hub, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps
Profound experience with data model adaptions in ServiceNow
Experience with ServiceNow architecture and design, as well as implementing best practices
Knowledge of connecting ServiceNow to third-party systems via APIs and interfaces (REST, SOAP)
Expertise in microservices architectures and data modeling
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a structured work approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, combined with a customer-oriented mindset
Very good knowledge of English is essential, knowledge of German or French is an advantage
