ServiceNow DevOps Engineer

For our client in Bern -  a well-known, market leading company, we are looking for three experienced, motivated, and open-minded ServiceNow DevOps Engineer.

We are looking for multiple specialists with different focus areas – whether in development, architecture, consulting, or engineering. Your tasks:

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules according to company requirements
  • Design and architect ServiceNow solutions while following best practices
  • Advise and support customers and internal teams in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow processes
  • Conduct requirements analysis and create technical specifications in collaboration with business units
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems and automate business processes
  • Optimize workflows, integration, automation, and monitoring within the ServiceNow platform
  • Create technical documentation, train users, and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team
  • Ensure system stability, perform error analysis, and continuously optimize the ServiceNow platform

Your profile:

  • Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
  • Experienced ServiceNow DevOps Engineering
  • Solid knowledge of ServiceNow technologies such as Flow Designer, Scripting (JavaScript), Integration Hub, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps
  • Profound experience with data model adaptions in ServiceNow
  • Experience with ServiceNow architecture and design, as well as implementing best practices
  • Knowledge of connecting ServiceNow to third-party systems via APIs and interfaces (REST, SOAP)
  • Expertise in microservices architectures and data modeling
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a structured work approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, combined with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Very good knowledge of English is essential, knowledge of German or French is an advantage
