Data Analyst - Customer KPI

m/w/d, Zürich

For our client from the insurance sector based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Data Analyst - Customer KPI.

Your task:

  • Drive customer-centric insights that support cross-functional stakeholders
  • Lead the automation and AI-based transformation of customer KPI reporting
  • Manage the end-to-end process of customer KPI data: collection, maintenance, modelling, forecasting, and reporting
  • Deliver timely, accurate KPIs for business reviews, target setting, and ad hoc strategic needs
  • Ensure seamless data flow between internal platforms and reporting systems
  • Translate data into actionable business recommendations
  • Integrate customer KPIs with financial data to enhance business relevance
  • Maintain a central, accessible KPI database and align reporting with the business calendar
  • Support scenario planning and predictive modelling efforts
  • Stay current on best practices in customer metrics, automation, and analytics

 

Your profile:

  • 5–8 years of experience in data analytics with a focus on customer KPIs
  • Degree in Business, Data Science, Psychology, Behavioural Science, or a related field
  • Proven ability to translate analytics into business impact
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven automation and reporting solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of data tools (e.g. Excel, SPSS) and statistical techniques
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience in international, cross-cultural environments
  • Ability to connect customer and financial performance metrics
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English
