We are looking for an MSAT Engineer to join the BGE MSAT Process Management team in Rotkreuz. In this role, you will support daily production activities and continuous improvement projects within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

You will manage compliance-related activities, contribute to deviation investigations and process optimization, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Quality, Logistics, Development, and external suppliers.

This role is ideal for a proactive engineer or scientist who enjoys problem solving, process improvement, and working in a fast-paced, agile, GxP-compliant environment.

Contract duration: 12 months

Your Tasks:

  • Manage non-conformities, changes, and technical documentation in SAP across processes, methods, materials, and equipment
  • Support deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions
  • Optimize production processes to improve quality, yield, and cost efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure reliable product supply
  • Establish, maintain, and continuously improve production control loops and operational processes
  • Ensure audit readiness and compliance with regulatory, quality, and department requirements

 

Your Profile:

  • University degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences (Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Material Science, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering) or equivalent technical background
  • First professional experience in a highly regulated environment with a strong GxP / quality mindset
  • Knowledge of process and product development
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently across multidisciplinary teams
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with enthusiasm for taking ownership and driving improvements
  • Fluent English and good working knowledge of German (minimum B2 level)
