We are looking for an MSAT Engineer to join the BGE MSAT Process Management team in Rotkreuz. In this role, you will support daily production activities and continuous improvement projects within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

You will manage compliance-related activities, contribute to deviation investigations and process optimization, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Quality, Logistics, Development, and external suppliers.

This role is ideal for a proactive engineer or scientist who enjoys problem solving, process improvement, and working in a fast-paced, agile, GxP-compliant environment.

Contract duration: 12 months

Your Tasks:

Manage non-conformities, changes, and technical documentation in SAP across processes, methods, materials, and equipment
Support deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions
Optimize production processes to improve quality, yield, and cost efficiency
Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure reliable product supply
Establish, maintain, and continuously improve production control loops and operational processes
Ensure audit readiness and compliance with regulatory, quality, and department requirements

Your Profile:

University degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences (Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Material Science, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering) or equivalent technical background
First professional experience in a highly regulated environment with a strong GxP / quality mindset
Knowledge of process and product development
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently across multidisciplinary teams
Proactive, hands-on approach with enthusiasm for taking ownership and driving improvements
Fluent English and good working knowledge of German (minimum B2 level)
