We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-driven Final Inspector to join the Quality Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards before shipment. You will perform final inspections, review documentation, and ensure only compliant products are released to customers.

This position is critical in maintaining product quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Your Tasks:

Quality Assurance & Final Release

  • Perform final inspections and release testing of devices, options, and spare parts.
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of accompanying documentation.
  • Ensure only compliant products are approved for shipment.
  • Review Device History Records (DHRs) to ensure compliance with company quality requirements.
  • Archive inspection reports and DHR documentation in accordance with established procedures.
  • Identify, document, and escalate non-conformities.
  • Block and manage non-conforming products until corrective actions are completed.
  • Support continuous improvement by systematically capturing quality issues and initiating appropriate corrective measures.

Your Profile:

  • Technical vocational education or equivalent technical training.
  • Previous professional experience in a technical environment.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Inspection activities.
  • Fluent German language skills.
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to interpret technical documentation.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable and consistent work ethic

  • Flexibility and openness to new challenges
