Here below a list of responsibilities that you can expect in one of the future openings and what you need to bring to be the perfect candidate:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-performance, secure, and scalable applications using Rust

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, DevOps, and product owners

  • Contribute to software architecture and design discussions

  • Write clean, maintainable code and perform thorough code reviews

  • Support integration with hardware or existing infrastructure in pharmaceutical environments

What you bring:

  • Hands-on experience in software development using Rust (personal, academic, or professional projects welcome)

  • Familiarity with systems programming, concurrency, and performance optimization

  • Knowledge of or interest in regulated environments (pharma, medtech, biotech) is a plus

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Fluent in English; German is a plus

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Background in data processing, bioinformatics, or embedded systems

  • Understanding of Good Automated Manufacturing Practices (GAMP) or validation processes
