Here below a list of responsibilities that you can expect in one of the future openings and what you need to bring to be the perfect candidate:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop high-performance, secure, and scalable applications using Rust
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, DevOps, and product owners
Contribute to software architecture and design discussions
Write clean, maintainable code and perform thorough code reviews
Support integration with hardware or existing infrastructure in pharmaceutical environments

What you bring:

Hands-on experience in software development using Rust (personal, academic, or professional projects welcome)
Familiarity with systems programming, concurrency, and performance optimization
Knowledge of or interest in regulated environments (pharma, medtech, biotech) is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Fluent in English; German is a plus

Nice to Have:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Background in data processing, bioinformatics, or embedded systems
Understanding of Good Automated Manufacturing Practices (GAMP) or validation processes
