Real Estate Sourcing Specialist (Fully Remote)

For our client based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sourcing Specialist with the focus on Retail (Professional Level).

Remote is possible with on-site presence of 2–3 days every two months.

Join our clients international procurement team and take responsibility for end-to-end sourcing projects in the field of commercial real estate (retail outlets and offices). This role offers the opportunity to shape sourcing strategies, manage supplier negotiations, and deliver high-impact results in a dynamic environment.

Your Task:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand procurement needs and translate them into sourcing strategies and execution plans
Conduct supplier market research, create shortlists, and launch RFIs/RFPs/RFQs including detailed specifications and evaluation criteria
Coordinate bidder interactions, consolidate submissions, prepare evaluation matrices, and support sourcing decisions
Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and compliance with governance
Work closely with legal and compliance teams to support contract finalization
Provide regular progress updates, maintain audit-ready documentation, and contribute to continuous process improvements

Your Profile:

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, ideally in an international environment with a focus on Real Estate (commercial real estate experience preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously, from scoping to award for new retail outlets or offices
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate proposals from commercial, technical, and risk perspectives
Excellent stakeholder communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented attitud
Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with e-sourcing tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, Coupa)
Fluent in English (C1 or higher); German or French are a plus
