We are looking for an experienced Senior Change Management Leader/Clinical Trial to drive large-scale transformation initiatives across clinical trial oversight. This role is critical in enabling the successful adoption of central monitoring, adaptive monitoring, and innovative quality management approaches across our global Development organization.

You will act as a strategic change partner and thought leader, shaping how new ways of working are embedded across functions, geographies, and studies.

Contract end date: 30/04/2027

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end change management for global trial monitoring transformation initiatives
  • Translate strategic objectives into practical, actionable change plans that ensure consistent adoption
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding complex, cross-functional change efforts
  • Design and execute comprehensive change strategies across assessment, design, implementation, and sustainability
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations to tailor change approaches
  • Integrate change plans with program timelines, governance, and operational milestones
  • Build and lead change networks (champions, super users, functional leads) across disease units, hubs, and countries
  • Proactively identify adoption risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Track and measure change success using data-driven metrics and behavioral indicators
  • Develop targeted communication strategies that clearly articulate the “why, what, and how”
  • Partner with training teams to ensure role-based capability building and sustained adoption
  • Deliver executive-level updates on progress, risks, and outcomes

Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience leading complex change management initiatives in regulated or matrixed environments
  • Background in pharmaceuticals, especially Global Drug Development or Clinical Operations
  • Postgraduate degree in Business, Psychology, Change Management, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale transformation across multiple stakeholders and geographies
  • Strong expertise in structured methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
  • Experience supporting operational, quality, or transformation programs with a strong focus on adoption
  • Excellent business acumen and communication skills
