Validation Engineer

m/w/d, Neuenburg

Are you experience in qualification and validation of manufacturing equipment? Here is a great opportunity for you to apply your knowledge.

Location: Neuchatel

Duration: 3 months

Main tasks in new filling area project:

Review/pre-approval of SAT protocol
Review execution of FAT protocol
Writing , execution of IOQ protocol
Writing, execution of performance qualification CIP, SIP (surface sampling, thermal mapping, Bioindicators handling)
Writing of traceability matrix
Revision of risk analysis, validation plan when applicable.

Your background:

5-10 years in validation CIP, SIP, Equipment qualification (mechanical and automation part)
filling equipment : Filling line, freeze dryer, depyrogenation tunnel, vials washer, stopper washing and sterilization, isolator; ASTM approach;
writing and execute digitalized protocol (Kneat software)
