As a GxP Support Specialist, you will ensure compliance with all GxP compliance requirements in the area of Logistic Solutions. In addition to the logistics processes this also includes ensuring the compliance requirements for the global active ingredient warehouse in Basel as well as the processing of deviations and changes in the GxP environment.

You actively and independently manage the GxP logistics processes you support. In cooperation with our quality functions, you will form the interface to the business functions as well as to our customers and partners.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Support of the Business Circles of Logistic Solutions in all GxP issues
Polyvalent use in the various GxP divisions of Logistic Solutions
Take ownership or responsibility for handling deviations and changes in Veeva
Implementation of GxP processes in the GxP relevant circles of Logistic Solutions as well as associated processing of process documents
Active support during audits and inspections as well as independent presentation of the relevant GxP processes during audits and inspections
Proactive participation in process optimisation and quality improvements

Must Haves:

Fluent German and English
Completed vocational training or a bachelor's/master's degree, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or pharmaceutical logistics
Ideally, several years of professional experience in the GMP / GDP sector as well as an in-depth affinity for logistics processes
Experience in GxP deviation and change management
Experience in presenting at GxP customer and authority inspections
Experience in editing GxP documents
Interest in technical processes and affinity for dealing with IT systems; CSV knowledge is an advantage
