Senior Software Engineer (AI-Enabled Software Delivery)

Your Tasks:

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance modern software solutions in agile development environments
• Apply Generative AI tools effectively throughout the software development lifecycle
• Support teams in adopting AI-assisted development practices while maintaining high engineering standards
• Ensure software quality, security, maintainability, reliability, and correctness across all deliverables
• Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and continuous integration and deployment processes
• Identify opportunities to improve engineering effectiveness and developer productivity
• Analyze and optimize existing development workflows and software delivery processes
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, product owners, and other stakeholders
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of software engineering best practices
• Support the stable and efficient delivery of software solutions within modern DevOps environments

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or in a similar hands-on engineering role
• Strong background in modern software engineering and software delivery practices
• Proven practical experience using Generative AI tools in everyday software development work
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, and collaborative development methodologies
• Strong understanding of software quality, security, maintainability, and engineering best practices
• Ability to apply AI-assisted development in a structured, pragmatic, and responsible way
• Delivery-oriented mindset with a focus on practical solutions and measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and agile teams
• Very good English language skills; additional languages are considered an advantage
