Responsible to create and maintain the production plan for IPU relevant production lines, in line with actual ca-pacity and material availabilities.
Ensures production scheduling meets requested delivery dates from Customers and proactively communicates with our internal front-end team.

Your responsibilies

  • Prepares production plan in line with the monthly targets set by IPU Leader
  • Ensures production planning to meet with ROTD target for each product line
  • Provides estimated Lead Times for new incoming orders, evaluating any incoming request coming from Local Sales Organization and/or order-handling team
  • Ensures that the capacity available matches with the need (resources, infrastructures), in coordination with Production Supervisor
  • Ensures that the prepared Production Plan is aligned with material constraints, aligning
  • Releases all the relevant production orders (including pre-assemblies) to ensure production lines continui-ty
  • Checks in SAP any missing materials before to release production orders, aligning with Material Planner inputs
  • Ensures that production orders lifecycle to be closed according with production plan advancements, grant-ing SAP data always clean and reliable
  • Identifies mismatches (if any) on Production Order closure, in terms of material, COGI errors, etc and addresses to relevant function/departments for resolution
  • Reviews and updates the production plan on a weekly basis, at least, implementing the adjustments that are required
  • Communicates to Order Handling team any deviation or impact in terms of planning and/or scheduling
  • Supports monthly inventory checks/analysis

Your Profil:

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, supply chain management, or operations management
  • Previous experience in similar role (2-3 Years)
  • Italian-mandatory, english as a nice to have
  • First touching points with SAP
