Compliance Support Expert, GxP Training

Location: Basel

Contract duration: 1 year/possible extension

Responsibilities:

• Administrative support of training activities consisting of local and global.
• Requirements as well as cooperation in the implementation of the required training concepts.
• Preparation of training materials and cooperation in the organization of trainings.
• Support of customer departments in the implementation of the training strategy.
• Active exchange with our customers' training organizations.
• Supervision of the Learning Management System Cornerstore.
• Support for project activities.

Requirements:

• Completed training or studies in a pharmaceutical company.
• Fluent German and English
• At least 3-5 years of practical experience in the field of administration, quality assurance and training in the field of pharmaceutical, chemical or biotechnological plants.
• Sufficient experience with the learning management system Cornerstone is required.
• In-depth professional experience in a GMP regulated working environment.
• Team player with excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to build effective and trusting relationships with colleagues and employees at different levels.
