Intern HR Specialized Modalities Platform

For our client from the Biotech sector in Basel, we are looking for a motivated and open-minded Intern HR.

Your Tasks:

Support on a variety of talent, continuous improvement, people strategy initiatives within operational HR delivery, contribute ideas for greater efficiency and enhancement of employee experience on a local and global scale
Provide administrative support to a highly visible 2026 programs aimed at designing the future talent structure of Specialized Modalities
Review, revise and maintain of a vast suite of HR-related documentation
Contribute in preparing and developing team, function and platform presentations
Administration and maintenance of certain key data within our HRIS landscape - Workday
Perform regular audits of key performance data along our Moments that Matter within the Workforce Lifecycle journey
Provide ad-hoc general and administrative support as required

Your Profile:

Studies in Economics, Business Administration, HR, Social Science studies; Data Science exposure a key benefit
Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using data warehouse, Workday preferred
An affinity for new technology, broad learning and team contributions
Strong analytical and communication skills
Excellent written and spoken English, additional language preferred and any further language a plus
Demonstrated International experience and / or exposure
