Quality Service Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Quality Service Center Specialist to act as a key communicator for the Global Quality team. This role ensures consistent, high-level communication across both internal and external stakeholders, reflecting the company’s commitment to quality and regulatory excellence. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of product and service quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Contract duration: 1 year

Location: Basel

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary communicator for Global Quality, ensuring alignment and clarity in communication across internal teams and with external stakeholders.
Support and promote adherence to the highest standards of product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement processes.
Collaborate within a team-focused environment, maintaining a culture of excellence, customer orientation, and continuous improvement.
Foster proactive engagement and contribute to problem-solving in a dynamic, regulated industry.

Qualifications:

A technical college degree or vocational education in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in a regulated environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong background in quality management, with an ability to support ongoing improvement efforts.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Critical thinking capabilities and a strong quality-oriented mindset.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English, both written and spoken.
