Für unseren Kunden aus der Energieversorgung in Bern, suchen wir eine:n motivierte:n und erfahrene:n ICT-Supporter.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Support-Unterstützung der Linie und des Fachbereichs
- Verantwortlich für die Auskunft über den Stand der Tickets
- Tickets im Serviceware (ITSM-Suite) voranalysieren und gegebenenfalls lösen
- Support und Problembehebung im Bereich M365 Teams und Sharepoint
- Verwaltung und Bearbeitung von Berechtigungsanfragen für Zutritte, AD, Jira, Confluence, SAP, Citrix
Ihr Profil:
- Ausbildung als Informatiker:in oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrungen im 2nd Level Support von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vortelîl
- Know How im Bereich Servicemanagement von Vorteil
- Analytisches und vernetztes Denken
