Support our clients SEP implementation by leading the deployment and coordination of transition and transformation elements (TOM, work unit transition, etc) to ensure seamless integration across Swiss Hub first and then a further to other European sites while maintaining technical excellence, compliance and operational continuity.
Start Date: Sep 2026
End Date: 12-month contract (with the chance of extension)
Workload: 100% with 42h/week
Location: Monthey

Your responsibilies
- Coordinate the SET transition and transformation roadmap focusing on CapGemini/Actemium onboarding up to contract finalization and follow up.
- Track progress against key objectives (work unit deployment, off shoring and productivity)
- Identify and escalate risks: volume volatility, TOM clarity, scope evolution and delivery constraints
- Maintain document control for protocols, work unit models and contract framework
- Capability development & leadership responsibility in a transformational initiative of complex matrix organisation
- Responsible for coaching and training
Your Profil:
- Relevant project management / Engineering Leadership experience
- Understanding of manufacturing complexities and experience in transformation projects
- Demonstrated pragmatism
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills in English (min. C1)
- Ability to think and work in complex structures
- Ability to prioritize, plan, organize, and monitor multiple concurrent activities to meet ambitious timelines, influencing teams over which they have no line management accountability
- Functional expertise in desired subject matter: Project Management, business case design, basic engineering economics and finance
- Information Management: ability to understand, manipulate and present complex, and conflicting data
- Clarity of communication – ability to draw clear conclusions and direction from complexity
- Credibility: Need to be trusted by LTs
- Strong influencing skills will be required to convince key stakeholders of the need for change
- Creativity and leadership: to energise, find solutions, overcome blockers
- MS/BS in industrial, engineering or chemical sciences, or a 5-year technical degree in related discipline
- Proven record in the application of project and program management methodologies
- Change and/or operational management experience
