Printer Service & IS Infrastructure Specialist

What You Will Do:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of printer services with external providers
• Stabilize printing services and create insightful reporting dashboards
• Support the IS Infrastructure team in service management and small IT projects
• Coordinate tickets and manage high-severity incidents as Manager on Duty
• Locally manage global IT initiatives and run small virtual server environments
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and project management efforts

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IS Infrastructure Service Management
• Experience with printer contract and service provider management
• Knowledge of server and storage systems operations
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing systems
• Project management skills

Education & Certifications:

• IT Infrastructure or Project Management background
• ITIL or similar certification

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration
• Process-oriented and analytical
• Independent, target-focused, and proactive

Technical Tools:

• Microsoft 365 environment
• ServiceNow or equivalent

Languages:

• Fluent German (written and spoken)
• English B2
