MS PowerPlatform Engineer (Remote)

For a remote (within Europe) position we are looking for a experienced MS PowerPlatform Engineer.

Your Tasks

Define requirements, design solutions, and build a Proof of Concept (POC) to enable AI initiatives within the insurance sector
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements through AI-driven solutions
Develop and enhance Model Driven Apps to support seamless business processes
Implement process automation using PowerAutomate and integrate with other business applications
Support the adoption of AI capabilities (e.g., Copilot Studio) to drive efficiency and innovation
Ensure smooth delivery of solutions by following best practices and governance standards

Your Profile

Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform, especially Model Driven Apps
In-depth understanding of solution design and implementation for enterprise environments
Knowledge of PowerAutomate and Copilot Studio
Solid problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Nice to have: JavaScript for customizations and Prompt Engineering for AI-driven use cases
Previous experience in the insurance industry or similar regulated environments is an advantage
Fluent in English
