Our client, an international leader in Point-of-Care diagnostics, is looking for a Production Planner (m/f/d) to strengthen their Blood Gas & Electrodes (BGE) Planning & Data Management team in Zug.
In this role, you will play a key part in transforming demand into robust production plans while collaborating across Global Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Procurement.

- Contract Duration: 12 months (extension likely)
- Workload: 100%
- Location:Zug
- Remote Work: Hybrid (minimum 3 days/week on-site)
Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Scheduling
-
Create and maintain production plans for the BGE portfolio to ensure reliable supply to the Mannheim distribution center

Inventory & MRP Parameter Management

Actively manage semi-finished goods inventory

Optimize safety stocks, lot sizes, and lead times within SAP

Risk & Bottleneck Management
-
Identify capacity constraints and supply risks early
-
Coordinate mitigation actions with Production, Quality, and Procurement

SAP Master Data Management
-
Maintain high data accuracy to support reliable MRP and planning runs
-

Lifecycle & Phase Management
-
Coordinate material phase-in and phase-out activities to minimize obsolescence

Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar
- 1–3 years of experience in Production Planning or Material Management
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP MM/PP
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high data affinity
- Confident communicator with experience working across multiple stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Fluent in English and German
