Our client is seeking a skilled Corporate Procurement Specialist to join their procurement organization and support strategic initiatives across Indirect Materials & Services, Supply Base Management, Quality, Sustainability, and Risk Management.

Working Model:

Hybrid model: 1–2 days per week onsite (Zurich-Oerlikon), remaining days home office
Workload: 80–100%

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting the development and implementation of global procurement strategies
Driving improvements across Indirect Services, Risk Management, and Supply Base Management
Leading sourcing activities for Professional Services, including Consulting, Financial, and Legal Services
Running eRfX processes and ensuring alignment with category teams
Engaging with senior internal stakeholders and ensuring successful strategy execution
Contributing to compliance, communication, and continuous optimization within procurement

What You Bring:

Strong Indirect Procurement background (mandatory)
Demonstrated experience with Professional Services sourcing
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent English (mandatory)
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a global procurement environment
