Global Consultant Support - Continuous Improvement & Change Enablement

Would you like to play a key role in driving and coaching improvement projects?
In this role, you will join a globally distributed team supporting the entire organization, including R&D, Operations, PPM, HR, and MarCom, through coaching of improvement projects (Lean Six Sigma and others), leading cross-functional initiatives requiring change management and launching various strategic programs.
The consultant you support will play a key role in driving and coaching improvement projects, supporting change initiatives and contributing to the development of our clients standards and methodologies.
Start date: 01.11.2025
End date: 31.12.2026 (extension possible)
Workload: 100% - full remote work possible and no special travel needs foreseen (must be located in CH)

Location: Zürich
Your Responsibilities:
- Coach teams on Lean Six Sigma (L6S) methodologies and provide guidance on appropriate tools
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects, ensuring delivery on time, quality, and budget
- Collaborate and support cross-functional teams to implement strategic and tactical initiatives
- Identify and share new ways of working to improve efficiency
- Work with other CI leaders to standardize processes, ensure sustainability, and share best practices
Your Profil:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma, coaching, and change management
- L6S Green Belt or Black Belt certification with proven application of methodologies such as DMAIC, VSM, and Kaizen
- Strong change management and facilitation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- Ability to work effectively across a complex, global organization
- Flexibility to accommodate different time zones
- Fluent in English
