The perfect candidate: possesses extensive experience in project management and organizational change management, coupled with a proven history of managing senior stakeholders within intricate matrix organizations. This role demands demonstrated resilience and adaptability to spearhead large-scale change initiatives across diverse markets. The ability to influence, align, and drive decision-making among global, regional, and affiliate stakeholders is essential. Familiarity with pricing processes, commercial tools or system integrations would be considered an asset.

Your Tasks:

• Co-lead the process/pricing tool implementation integration project, ensuring design, implementation and alignment with the new pricing function mandate
• Drive organizational change management as a core responsibility, shaping communication, training and adoption activities to ensure smooth transition
• Manage senior-level stakeholder engagement, including Pricing Squad, Commercial Enablement, IT teams, DiaPrice and other system owners
• Navigate complex organizational dependencies and competing priorities with resilience and focus
• Set and embed best practices for governance, communication, and process sustainability at global and regional levels
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure successful operational handover once stabilized

Your Profile:

• Min. university degree or similar education
• Min. 5 years experience in project management and/or organizational change management, ideally linked to process or system transformation at a global scale
• Strong track record of senior stakeholder management within complex matrix organizations 
• Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in driving large-scale change across diverse markets 
• Ability to influence, align, and drive decision-making across global, regional, and affiliate stakeholders 
• Familiarity with pricing processes, commercial tools, or system integrations is an advantage 
• Fluency in English

• Extensive knowledge of E2E integration process
