Influencer Marketing Specialist EMEA/LATAM

What You will Do:

In this 12-month assignment, you will:

• Lead the roll-out of global influencer strategies across EMEA and LATAM.
• Translate global strategy into regional action plans tailored to diverse markets
• Collaborate with senior leaders and marketing teams across global, regional, and local levels
• Provide consulting, playbooks, and training to enable effective execution
• Measure success through KPIs and continuously optimize campaigns
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure campaign alignment and impact

What We are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 3+ years of international influencer marketing experience
• Background in MedTech or Healthcare marketing
• Strong skills in building and managing influencer/agency partnerships
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and project management skills

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of platforms such as Sprinklr, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager
• Experience in regulated industries with content approval processes
• Collaboration with leading influencer agencies (e.g., WPP, Reachbird)
• Understanding of AI applications in marketing

Role Details:

Location: Zug (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 remote)
Start: December 2025 (latest January 2026)
Duration: 12 months, 100% workload
Travel: Approx. once per month
