We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator to supervise and support local initiatives in Visp. You will work closely with different stakeholders to ensure projects are successfully delivered.

Key Facts:

Start: 1 September 2026
End: 31 December 2026 (with the chance of extension)
Workload: 41 hours per week /100%
Location: Visp
Work Model: Onsite, Contracting

Your Tasks:

Supervise and support local projects throughout the full project lifecycle
Monitor project timelines, deadlines, deliverables, reviews and approvals
Ensure tickets remain up to date until issues are resolved
Take ownership of vendor interactions, primarily at a technical level
Analyse business processes and integrate the IT perspective
Support the business with IT-related project topics
Collaborate closely with different departments and key stakeholders
Help projects reach successful completion
Support network engineering activities as needed, depending on workload and priorities

Your Profile:

Minimum of five years of experience in IT management, IT implementation and project management
Experience coordinating projects involving IT infrastructure
Proficiency in German and English
General understanding of GxP
Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
Well-organised, structured and assertive working style
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across different cultures
