Platform & Power BI Analyst

Your Tasks:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain Power BI reports and interactive dashboards
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into sustainable BI solutions
• Model, prepare, and transform data from various data sources
• Ensure data quality and continuously optimize existing data models
• Manage and further develop the Power BI platform, including governance and permission concepts
• Support business departments in data-driven decision-making through meaningful analyses
• Optimize the performance of reports, datasets, and dataflows
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT, and international teams
• Document BI solutions and provide support to end users

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI (Desktop & Service), including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas Apps), Power Automate, and SharePoint
• Proven ability in requirements gathering and business analysis
• Good understanding of ETL processes and Data Warehousing
• Ideally, familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or other cloud platforms
• Experience in an international corporate environment; experience in logistics or supply chain is an advantage
• Understanding of Data Governance and BI best practices is an advantage
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and API integrations is a plus
• Analytical, structured, and independent working style
• Fluent English; German and/or French are an advantage
